The reamer is too long and the rigidity is insufficient, and vibration occurs during reaming; the main deflection angle of the reamer is too small; the cutting edge band of the reaming is narrow; the reaming allowance is too low; the surface of the inner hole has gaps and cross holes; the surface of the hole has blisters and pores; The spindle bearing is loose, there is no guide sleeve, or the clearance between the reamer and the guide sleeve is too large, or the thin-walled workpiece is clamped too tightly, and the workpiece is deformed after removal.
2) Remedy measures for the out-of-round inner hole:
Reamers with unequal pitch can be used for reamers with insufficient rigidity. The installation of the reamer should be rigidly connected to increase the entering angle; use qualified reamers to control the hole position tolerance of the pre-processing process; use unequal pitch Reamers use longer and more precise guide sleeves; select qualified blanks; when reaming more precise holes with equal pitch reamers, the clearance of the machine tool spindle should be adjusted, and the matching clearance of the guide sleeves should be higher or appropriate The clamping method reduces the clamping force.
