Description

This Indexable Counter Boring Head with Cartridges is usually used for semi finishing or final processing of various holes, and can pre process or expand the rough hole before reaming or grinding. When it is used for cutting, the front and back angles of the cutting edge change little, and it has good guiding effect and small axial resistance, so it can effectively improve the machining efficiency.

The scope of application of the Indexable Counter Boring Head with Cartridges is φ 65～ φ 300, the unilateral reaming allowance is 2mm-20mm, and the outer diameter can be slightly adjusted, which can well meet the requirements of reaming with large allowance. Compared with brazing gun drill, it has better chip removal performance and feed rate, and the blade is easy to replace. In addition, its rotary gun drilling accuracy is low, but it has good machine tool performance, usually used for processing without more accuracy requirements.
