The high precision inspection equipment ensures high precision hobs. Meanwhile, due to the continuous improvement of manufacturing process, we gradually get rid of the limitation of equipment on modulus. At present, our company produces small hobs with a minimum modulus as M0.05.

● Complete substrate materials.Our company has been committed to self-development of various carbide materials, so we have a wide selection of hobbing substrate materials, and can choose different materials according to different processing requirements of customers.

● Variety. In addition to general involute hobs, we also produce gear milling cutters, turbine hobs, spline hobs, end gear hobs and non-involute gear hobs such as ratchet hobs and escutcheon hobs, which can be customized according to requirements.
