Main Applications

● An ideal tool for checking the position accuracy of CNC machine tools and coordinate measuring machines. It can process the measurement data and print out the error curve according to the specified standard, which provides a reliable basis for the correction of machine tools.

● Equipped with various accessories to measure small angle, flatness, straightness, parallelism, perpendicularity and other form and position errors. It is especially convenient to use in the field.

● Can be easily installed on the length measuring machine, replacing the coordinate system of the original length measuring machine, and used as the length reference in the general measuring room.

● A high-precision displacement sensor, which can be directly installed on precision machine tools such as coordinate boring, screw grinding and coordinate measuring machines as a coordinate system, so that the positioning accuracy is greatly improved.

● Has the function of detecting and marking the positioning of precision measuring elements such as grating, magnetic scale, linear scale, induction synchronizer, etc. The instrument can automatically complete the detection and marking work according to the predetermined spacing.

● Combined with the circular indexer into a set of high precision length-angle ratio phase meter, it can be used for the measurement of errors in machine tool drive chain, screw spiral line, etc.
