1. Introduction

This Nitriding Quenching Salt is used for quenching. The cooling speed of different types of steel varies greatly during quenching. Adding salt to water can effectively improve the cooling speed of parts, so as to obtain better hardenability. Therefore, ideal parts can be obtained by quenching with salt water during heat treatment. The quenching heating time is short, the crystal grains will not coarsen, and the toughness is strong. The technology has the advantages of no deformation, no pollution and energy saving. It can improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of machined parts by ten times. It can correspond to various heat treatment conditions (intermittent quenching, partial heat treatment, short time heating, etc.). It can be completed in a short time, and can correspond to multiple varieties and small batches of parts.
